New to Meditation Entirely?
If you’ve never meditated before, that’s completely fine. Vipassana meditation starts with a simple instruction: place your attention on the breath, and when the mind wanders, gently return it. That’s it. Everything else follows naturally with practice.
Our teachers have guided hundreds of beginners. Monday evening always includes a short introduction for those who are new, and teachers are available afterward for questions.
