Practice from Home
Online Meditation
Every Monday sitting is available via Zoom. Whether you can’t make it in person or simply prefer to practice from home, the online community is full and welcoming.

How to Join Online
- Get the Zoom Link
The Zoom link is sent via the weekly newsletter (distributed the week before) and in the WhatsApp Community Channel on Monday during the day. Subscribe to either to receive it. - Prepare Your Space
Find a quiet spot where you can sit undisturbed for 90 minutes. Close the door, silence your phone, and let household members know you’re in practice. - Set Up Your Seat
Sit — or stand — in a posture you can hold comfortably for 20–30 minutes. A cushion on the floor, a chair, or standing are all fine. If energy is low, standing can help you stay present. - Join a Few Minutes Early
Connect at 6:55 PM to test your audio/video and exchange a few words before the sitting begins at 7:00 PM. - Mic Etiquette
Please keep your microphone muted during meditation and the dharma talk. During the Q&A portion, feel free to unmute and ask a question or share. We have a fancy omnidirectional mic and speaker — your voice comes through clearly!

Online Advantages

- Access for those with mobility or transportation challenges
- Your own familiar environment
- Equal access to teachings and Q&A
- Option to have your cat in your lap (we support this)
