Please join Insight Meditation Houston on Mondays from 7 PM until 8:30 PM for a weekly sitting and dharma talk.
IMH does not meet on federal holidays that fall on Monday.
IMH meets in person and online. For those who would like to join us in-person at Covenant Church, we will be meeting in “Building B”, the Huff Fellowship Hall in an upstairs room. There will be someone at the door to let you in. Once Qigong is done (about 7:15 pm), there will not be a way to enter the building.
